As the weather cools down and the leaves start to change, we’re reaching for a few transitional pieces to take us from summer to fall. Today, we’re exploring more of our team’s favourite fall 2022 fashion trends.
Back to Basics
Even though our school days are over, fall always seems to be synonymous with classic preppy style. If you love the thought of a work “uniform” to take the guesswork out of daily dressing, focus on luxe versions of your favourite pieces: a white tank, bootcut or flared trousers, a blazer, a trench coat.
The key is to invest in high-quality basics that will stand the test of time and get garments altered to fit you perfectly. Bomber Jackets

To give your favourite floral pieces an edge, add a leather belt and chunky sneakers or loafers to your look. For a romantic take on florals, pair a small-print dress with a neutral bag and another 90s staple, the slingback.
Boots
Fall boots come in all shapes and sizes and will keep your feet dry and comfortable all season long. A classic pair of lug-soled boots is perfect for your favourite fall activities, like a trip to the farmer’s market or pumpkin patch. Western-inspired boots offer casual, laid-back flair, with a stacked heel and embroidered embellishments that pairs well with jeans or leggings.
Finally, we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention UGG boots! Love it or hate it, the Y2K trend is still going strong, and UGGs are back on the streets. For a casual 2022 look, reach for an ankle-height pair in a neutral colour. Perfect for staying cozy while running errands, but watch out for puddles!
