We’re so excited to announce the relaunch of the Trove Fashion website!
Today, we’re looking at the new features available through our website, including the long-awaited launch of our online shop.
How to use the new website to shop
We’re delighted to finally offer online shopping through our website, trovefashion.com/shop. The shop offers apparel, outerwear, accessories, and footwear in a range of sizes and styles.
Use the continuous-scroll feature to see all available items at once, or use the menu on the left-hand side to shop by category.
When you’re ready to make a purchase, click “add to cart”!
Click the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen to review your cart and proceed with purchase.
From there, you can select either shipping or in-store pickup. Trove Fashion offers free Canadian shipping for all orders over $150!
If you select in-store pickup, make sure that you’ll be able to pick up your item(s) within two weeks of purchase.
From there, just enter your payment details and you’re all set!
Online Shop FAQ
Q: Are drops still happening on Tuesday & Thursday?
A: Yes, we’ll be adding new items to the website every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays! We will share the website link to each item on our Instagram Stories, so make sure to turn on notifications so you don’t miss out. Items will remain available on the website until they sell.
Q: Can I still use my consignment balance towards website purchases?
A: Yes! Contact us by email or give the store a call during opening hours to learn more about using your consignment balance.
How to use the new website to consign
Our new website is easy to navigate. Use the top menu to find what you’re looking for, including more about the Trove team and information on how to consign with Trove.
Make sure to review our “what we accept” and “what we don’t accept” sections carefully prior to booking a consignment appointment. As a reminder, we cannot accept the following:
Items with tears, odours, missing buttons, stains or other flaws
Bridesmaid and/or prom dresses
Items that are not in sellable condition (ex. items with cat/animal fur on them, items with stains, marks, or scuffs)
Some examples of labels we do not accept include Forever 21, Walmart, Old Navy, Smart Set, Mexx, Jacob, Rickis, Gap Factory, Garage, Holister, Abercrombie & Fitch, Liz Claiborne, RW & Co., Suzy Shier, Banana Republic Factory, Laura, Jones NY, Ivanka Trump, Nygard, Reaction Kenneth Cole, Maurices, Jennifer Lopez, Parasuco, Merona. Contact us if you’re unsure whether we accept a certain brand!
When you’re ready to book a consignment appointment, use our online appointment booking portal to pick a convenient date and time.
